HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

We are so thanksful for our great family and friends this year. We are so blessed to have two beautiful and healthy children. They make us smile and laugh endlessly, and I can't imagine how we use to get through life without them...Oh yeah, we use to sleep.
We are all set and ready to go for the holidays this year. Gavin helped to decorate the tree, and we are only down two ornaments for all the help. He is waiting with great anticipation to meet Santa next weekend.
Thanksgiving was great! Gavin and McKenna had a blast plaing with all their older cousins.

Gavin and Erin were great buddies

Gavin loved Aunty Mary's decorations more then anything else. He spent a lot of time playing with those berries!

Gavin loved wearing a tie!

McKenna was content to sit and meet al ot of her cousins for the first time!

Maureen and McKenna had a great time together!

This is Huey! Mckenna was so excited every time he came around. Maybe because he is a celebrity. You can catch Huey in this year's holiday Walmart commercial. They were great friends, until he solbered on some of her toys. She was angry for a quick bit, but they made up shortly after :)
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Halloween

Gavin needed a sucker break!

Some of Gavin's and McQ's treak-o-treating buddies

The bailey's fairy was a big hit as we traveled the blocks!

McKenna and Gav had a great time on Grandma and Papa Fulle's block

Papa taking Gav to his first houses of the day.
Gav checking to make sure he got good loot
On to the next house!

McKenna wasn't into the candy too much, so she thought she would try the leaf.
Just going to take a little break...

PUMPKINS!!!

Gavin was feeding the baby gazelles and a wallaby stolen gourds that are not part of their dietary needs. It was not appreciated by animal farm staff. Gavin flashed a huge smile, blinked his long lashes, threw "said gourd' in cage, and took off running, all while mom stood by snapping photos. "Whose kids is that? They should stop him."

Gavin wanted to climb all th pumpkins, rather then pick one out

McKenna and I took a little rest and a rock in a big cozy chair

Gavin was most wanted at the patch for feeding animals "things" other then food.

Gavin was finally apprehended, and Mommy served his sentence with him.
McKenna is always up for a photo
Gavin was more interested with making his gourd a sword
Then Gavin was just annoyed, and putting up with Mom's photos
McQ was the cutest pumpkin in the patch. She had many takers at the low low price, but we decided to keep her.
"It's the great pumpkin patch Charlie Brown!"

Enjoying Fall

All this playing has tired me out!

Gavin is big enough to climb all over the park now!

It was a squeeze, but Gav was nice enough to give sis a ride.

Swinging in his Bear's colors before the big game.

We were out at the park trying to enjoy the "nicer" days of fall. It seems like both kids just had huge growth spurts, as they are both suddenly doing things they couldn't before. Who said they could grow?

McKenna's Baptism

Gavin culminated the day by trying on his sister's new tutu and hat!

"Um, does anyone know why I am dressed like this?"

I am a giant quaker muffin, and I like it!

Taking a nap in the sun during my photo shoot.

It was McKenna's baptism last Sunday. She was a great girl, and was quiet and happy through the whole thing. We were so thankful and happy for all our family and friends to come celebrate with us!

Photo Shoot

Gavin loves his new bike helmut. Now only if his feet could reach the pedals on his new bike.

Just watching some cartoons.

McKenna loves smiling for mommmy! "Could I be any cuter?"

Big Brother Helps out!

"Here you go, let me help you with that."

Big brothers are always there for a hug when you are sad :)

Going back to school has been tough. The new schedule is killer, but both babies seem to be adjusting well after a few weeks. Gavin has been a real big help with taking care of his little sister at home, and protects her at daycare. He has been telling all the other kids, "Baby, Mine!" I think mom has been the most sad. She much rather be home with her lil' nuggets.
