Myaaka State Park

McQ perfecting her pose on a bridge 75 feet up in the canopy.

A little break as we climbed to the top

Boys being boys

We didn't spot any alligators on the banks, but we did see a few in the water.

Gandpa took us out to the state park to look for alligators, and ironically we ate ate alligator that night. Gavin was also searching for big foot, but he didn't end up spotting him that day.

Big Tubbin'

Gavin and McKenna loved Gandma's big bath tub. It was one of their favorite things to do. They could spend an hour in there. They loved seeing who could make the biggest bubble beard. Gavin asked when we would be getting one of these at our house...Mommy would like one too.

Turkey Day

Passing out was a common theme for McKenna today

Gavin was handsome, but was not in the mood for pics

Mama and her babes

McQ got this pretty dress and boots from Grandma, and then she became quite the model and poser this vacation. She would not take these bootss off the entire vacation.

Just girls

Thanksgiving day was fantastic. Grandma Margie (Mom) made the perfect dinner with all the fixin's. So sad we couldn't take all the leftovers home with us!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

McKena pooped herself out

Our beach nieghbors totally showed up Gavin's sea turtle :(

McQ was so excited to start digging

Gavin made a sea turtle in the sand

We burried Gavin's feet, but he objected to us burying his whole body.

McQ's 1st time in the ocean. It was awesome to watch.

Not sure what she found in that bucket

My two boys.

We spent a perfect Thanksgiving morning on the beach. We can definitely make that a tradition. McKenna played in the ocean for the first time, and Gavin showed her how it was done. The water was a little chilly, but when you are swimming in November, who cares.

Santa came early for a mini Christmas!

This year Santa found out Gavin and McKenna was going to be visiting grandma Margie and Grandpa Dennis for Thanksgiving. He decided to stop by and make it extra special. Gavin and McKenna were so excited; they can't wit for Christmas now.

Trick-o-Treat

Our neighbor stopped by, and gve the kids glow sticks. They were so excited.

There were some great pumpkins in the neighborhood

Baby Evan was very into trick-or-treating, but he made the perfect Pooh

Austin, McKenna, and Gavin had a great time hitting all the houses. They couldn't get to the next one fast enough. McKenna switched to her last year's costume, because she ripped her princess dress, but she still made an adorable giraff. They day went by so fast, and we can't believe the holidays are right around the corner.

Gavin's Preschool Halloween Party

McKenna took her rightful place at the head of the table

Gavin had a Halloween celebration at school, and McKenna was invited. They had story time and paraded through the the "big kid" classrooms. Ryan was able to go, and Gavin was so proud to show off his daddy. He also introduced Ryan to his big crush, the little lion, although; he did do it really loudly during story time...
