Easter was a great family day at Grandma Grandma's house. They had so much fun playing with the Campbell's, Grandma Mimi, Aunty Kiki and Uncle Jeremy, Papa and Grandma Grandma. Gavin decided this year he really loves the eggs with money and tried to trade McKenna jelly beans for her money eggs, but she was no fool! They are already asking when we can all get together again.

The kids loved their Easter finery this year, and decided we should head out for some photos. They were for sure the cutest kids ever!

The Great Egg Hunt

Gavin and McKenna were so excited to wake up and find the Easter Bunny had come by for a visit. They raced around the house to find their eggs and baskets!

Easter Eggs

We found this new cool way to decorate eggs with old silk scarfs! We had so much fun, and can't wait for the Easter Bunny to see them.

Hockey Game

We had a blast at the Chicago Express game! They loved watching hockey, and we even had room to have our own little game. It was $1 dogs and beers so mom and dad couldn't be happier as well. We can't wait to go again!

Serpent Safari

We had a great day with Grandma and Papa at Serpent Safari. There was 500 lb White Alligators, the world's largest snakes, and a turtle that had a bullet hole from the civil war! We topped the day off with lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. it couldn't have been a better day.

Spring has Sprung!

Couldn't believe our luck with the weather in Chicago this St. Pat's = 80 Degrees! It was so fun just to be outside. We watched the parades and walked to lunch. Gavin loves checking the status of the garden. SO exciting their is already blooms this year!

The Weekend with Turtle-y

Gavin brought home his class pet :Turtle-y for the weekend. We were so excited to spend the weekend together. Gavin and McKenna had a fun morning playing hide the turtle, and then we took him for a ride on Papa's boat. Turtle-y felt right at home on the water!

Ice Skating

Aunty Jenn came for a fun day of ice skating. Gavin took some spills at first, but was cruising in no time. McQ realized it was more fun to sit with a juice box, and just watch everybody skate in by.

A Day at Grandma Mimi's

It was so great to get together and see all the family; it wasn't even a holiday! Gavin and McKenna loved playing with their cousin Hunter!

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day at Gavin's class was so fun. We made crafts and had treats! It was a great day for Gavin to show off hiss classroom, his friends, and all his fav spots!
